DentalCostBook is an independent informational website. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean DentalCostBook and the person or organization operating it. References to “you” and “your” mean any person who accesses or uses the Site.

What the Site is

DentalCostBook provides general cost estimates and educational information about dental procedures and insurance coverage. The Site is a planning tool. It is not a source of dental, medical, financial, insurance, or legal advice, and it does not represent any dental practice, insurance company, or provider.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial planning purposes. You agree not to:

No professional relationship

Your use of the Site does not create a dentist–patient, doctor–patient, attorney–client, financial-adviser, insurance-agent, or other professional relationship with us. We do not provide personalized dental, medical, financial, insurance, or legal advice.

Estimates are not quotes

Cost estimates from our calculators are for general planning only. They are not offers, quotes, guarantees, or commitments, and they may differ significantly from the amount charged by a dental provider or paid by an insurance plan.

Third-party names, links, and content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and references to third-party products, services, insurers, or organizations. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or policies.

DentalCostBook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any dental practice, insurance company, or plan administrator. Third-party names and trademarks are used only for identification and educational purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, secure, or error-free, or that defects will always be corrected.

Limitation of liability
